Toolneeds Vendor Management is inventory management taken to the next level. Toolneeds strives to provide superior service than a typical integrator. What we do is NOT integration. We work to help find the best product for your specific needs. We are hands on when it comes to resolving any issues that may arise in any area of your company including purchasing, engineering, and accounting.
How to Log On
To log on to our web application you must have a valid account. Please contact us for an account if you do not currently have one. Once an account has been setup for you, our technical staff will walk you through setting up a secure VPN connection to our servers that will allow you to access your account details.
First Screen - The Overview
The overview page provides you with a quick overview of you account with Toolneeds Inc. including your projected and achieved cost savings. The pie graph to the right identifies the various categories of products and your achieved savings within each. Our content information box on the bottom portion of the screen will keep you up to date with new information, services, and offerings from Toolneeds Inc.
Sales Data Drilldown
The sales data drilldown page lists your company and the applicable savings for the last 2 years. By clicking on See Graph you can also get a bar chart of your past three year performance.
Cost Savings Drilldown
The cost savings drilldown allows you to sort savings by category on a more granular level, listing individual projects under each and their sales, targeted savings, achieved savings and YTD%
Project Summary Page
The project summary page displays information pertaining to each project that your company has undertaken with Toolneeds Inc. Projects are organized by Project Number and give at a glance information for the sales representative, status, type, proposed goal, projected savings, and acheived savings. For a detailed view of all projects at once, you may click on View Complete Details.
